Just To Be Sure...

We took another test today...one of the fancy electronic tests...and loud and clear, it said PREGNANT! Still excited, still can't believe it! Friday, I'm headed on a 9-day work trip, including stops in Sacramento, Salt Lake City (for a weekend with the fam), and Santa Barbara...whew, have my first appointment to see my OB/GYN when I get back.

Big News!

So I woke up this morning to start my final week of boot camp, and on a hunch (TMI alert: my period was a couple of days late, but that had happened before...and I was crampy and bloated, but still no period?!) decided to take a pregnancy test...and guess what?!

We're expecting!! Of course I woke Daniel up at 5:30 a.m. to tell him the exciting news by hopping into bed and cuddling under the covers (in my workout clothes)--he took me in his arms and said he was so happy and so excited. He then promptly fell back asleep, and I went off to a grueling workout...but we were kind of in an excited, nervous daze all day. We can't wait!
