Growing babies!

We had a doctor's appointment today, and it's official--these babies have been busy growing!

Addison is 24.5 inches tall, which puts her in the 42nd percentile. She weighs 14 lb (43rd percentile)--all in all, the doctor pronounced her very well proportioned.

Jackson was up next--the doctor was amazed that he has caught up so quickly, considering he started out small. He is 25 inches tall (37th percentile) and weighs 16 lb 4 oz, which puts him in the 62nd percentile for weight--he's a big boy! It's funny, he only weighs a couple pounds more than his sister, but those couple of pounds are significant--Jackson feels much heavier than Addison, especially at the end of a long day!

After being thoroughly checked out by the doctor, the babies got their second series of shots--ouchie! Sad for the babies, maybe sadder for their mother.
